THE ASSISTANT FACILIATORS
With an emphasis on supporting non-traditional pathways into the arts, this project upskills staff from Hill Station Café to become assistant creative facilitators. They are paired with one of the 3 artists and are supporting the facilitation of all of the creative workshops.
Dave Cuvelot
Dave is a graphic designer who spends his free time tending his growing houseplant collection. Besides that he can usually be found making friends with all the dogs that visit the Hill Station.
Marie Fullerton
I trained as a painter and worked for many years teaching Art in secondary schools. Since retiring I have taken up ceramics using my surrounding area, travel and memories as inspiration for my work.
Tinai is passionate about radical community development through creativity and conversations. You’ll catch her bopping about all over the hill (including on the rooftops!)
Seamus Hughes
Seamus can do a bit of everything but is a master of nothing; just the way he likes it.Always approachable and always willing to lend a hand!
Tina Gregoriou
I am enjoying having more time to draw, paint and make ceramic pieces that are directly inspired by the stories I hear and places I travel to.
Elaine Shaw
Elaine is a creative who wears many hats. From architectural cad drawings and interior design to fine art and sculpture, she believes expression through art makes the world a more beautiful place.
Frankie Sally
Frankie likes art and anime, and likes making coffee at Hill Station Cafe. He cares about people a lot and likes helping out.
Ally Andrews
Ally is passionate about creating design narratives and bringing them to life in spaces. However, you’ll often find her in the garden growing some new seedlings.
Phoebe Rayner
Phoebe is a big fan of photography and all things film. When she’s not watching every film ever made (and studying sculpture at university), she’s travelling to sightsee as many international galleries as humanly possible.
